Victor CMS 1.0 contains an authenticated file upload vulnerability that allows administrators to upload PHP files with arbitrary content through the user_image parameter. Description

Victor CMS 1.0 contains an authenticated file upload vulnerability that allows administrators to upload PHP files with arbitrary content through the user_image parameter.
