VULONE does not provide guarantees of security, breach prevention, or incident elimination. All outputs are informational and advisory in nature.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the platform
• Use the Service to target individuals, organizations, or systems unlawfully
• Interfere with platform availability, integrity, or performance

VULONE aggregates signals from open, licensed, and user-authorized sources. We do not claim ownership over third-party content. Availability, accuracy, and completeness of external data cannot be guaranteed.

You acknowledge that:

• Decisions based on the Service are made at your own discretion

5. Intellectual Property

All VULONE software, designs, workflows, branding, and proprietary analysis methodologies are owned by VULONE or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Service or its components
• Use VULONE branding without written permission
• Derive competing products from the Service

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information provided by VULONE (including platform features, methodologies, and outputs) must be treated as confidential, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. AI & Automated Analysis

VULONE may use automated systems and machine-learning models to analyze signals and generate outputs. You acknowledge that:

• Automated analysis may contain errors or uncertainty
• Human judgment remains essential
• Outputs should not be treated as absolute or infallible

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability

9. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
