By accessing or using VULONE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

VULONE provides threat-intelligence and security analysis services, including but not limited to:
- Collection and aggregation of publicly available and licensed security signals
- Analytical processing and correlation of threat data
- Generation of intelligence insights, evidence packs, and prioritization signals
VULONE does not provide guarantees of security, breach prevention, or incident elimination. All outputs are informational and advisory in nature.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use VULONE for unlawful, malicious, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the platform
- Use the Service to target individuals, organizations, or systems unlawfully
- Interfere with platform availability, integrity, or performance
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations, including termination of access.
4. Data Sources & Content
VULONE aggregates signals from open, licensed, and user-authorized sources. We do not claim ownership over third-party content. Availability, accuracy, and completeness of external data cannot be guaranteed.
You acknowledge that:
- Threat intelligence may be incomplete, evolving, or time-sensitive
- Decisions based on the Service are made at your own discretion
5. Intellectual Property
All VULONE software, designs, workflows, branding, and proprietary analysis methodologies are owned by VULONE or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Service or its components
- Use VULONE branding without written permission
- Derive competing products from the Service
6. Confidentiality
Any non-public information provided by VULONE (including platform features, methodologies, and outputs) must be treated as confidential, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. AI & Automated Analysis
VULONE may use automated systems and machine-learning models to analyze signals and generate outputs. You acknowledge that:
- Automated analysis may contain errors or uncertainty
- Human judgment remains essential
- Outputs should not be treated as absolute or infallible
8. No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of intelligence
- Continuous or uninterrupted availability
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VULONE shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Security incidents or third-party actions
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VULONE from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
